For nearly fifteen years, ECD Company has been involved in property management and development throughout Florida, owning apartment communities in Orlando and Tampa and developing new waterfront luxury homes in Cape Coral.

Currently, we are constructing a 30 story hotel at the historic corner of State and Lake in downtown Chicago, building one of the first ten “Aloft” by W hotels and are also planning another mixed use development in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
